Questions, answered honestly

Do I need my own AI or API key?

No. RunMyBiz runs its own Claude integration for Pro customers. You never paste an AI key.

Is AI usage unlimited?

No. Pro includes AI for the six automation modules within fair-use limits that protect the service. The Free plan has no AI usage.

Will RunMyBiz post or reply without asking me?

Not by default. Campaigns, posts and other consequential actions need your approval, and you can pause automation at any time.

Can you guarantee Google rankings?

No one can. RunMyBiz helps keep your profile accurate and active, which supports local visibility, but rankings depend on Google.

Can RunMyBiz connect to every platform?

We use official APIs and authorisation only. WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and Google require app approvals and specific account types; each module shows its real status.
